Returns

14 day return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day of receipt to request a return. You then have a further 7 days to ship the return. Late returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer free returns and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been received and confirmed.

Please contact us at hello@w-studiolondon.com with your order number in the subject line. We will then provide the return address.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Report to hello@w-studiolondon.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage from incorrect washing or wear and tear is not covered and will be returned back to the customer. (Wear and tear includes any items that are soiled, stained/marked or have perfume odours, have pulled/ snagged or bobbled fabrics).

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges.

Refunds

We will notify you to let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days by W Studio London. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
